Why does CA:DE need Contributions? CaptureAge for Definitive Edition was made in partnership with World's Edge. In addition to that we spent countless hours and a large chunk of our savings into making CA:Classic and CA:DE because we love the community around Age of Empires. While we don't expect to earn all of our efforts and investments back, we do have a lot of features we would love to add to CA:DE that we are convinced will revolutionise not just casting, but especially analysing and improving in the game. Unfortunately to make these a reality we will need to find additional ways of financial support.

How to perform a self cancellation
1. Login to your CaptureAge account from the button on the top right of the website using the username/email address you subscribed with, this is done using our passswordless sign in system (You will receive an email with a link to approve the sign in attempt, this should be in the email address you signed up with.)
2. Once signed in, go to your account page here: https://captureage.com/me
3. Click on the "Change my Subscription" button
4. Click on the "Cancel my Subscription" button
5. Click on the "Continue" button to confirm the cancellation of your subscription

Will I lose access to CA:DE Pro the moment I cancel my subscription?
Regardless of when you cancel your subscription, you'll always have CA:DE Pro until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, it doesn't matter if it's at the start or end of a billing period. This means you can you cancel at anytime with no premature loss of access.

I've lost access to my CaptureAge account and can't cancel
Please contact support@captureage.com from the email you signed up with, if you no longer have access to this email please let us know and we'll verify you're the account holder through other means.
